Privacy policy

Effective September 22, 2026. This notice describes information handled by GMT Paramedic Quiz Integration and the Granite Mountain Training Paramedic Academic Progress Portal.

Information used by the service

The service uses your name, enrolled email address, permanent student ID, course and enrollment status, approved email aliases, assessment submissions, timestamps, scores, completion records, and information you include in a support report.

For Google assessments, the program uses Google Forms and Sheets to collect responses and maintain course records. The connector accesses form settings and identifiers, response and gradebook records, collected email addresses, response identifiers, and scores. These details support matching, scoring, duplicate detection, and review of coursework.

Why information is processed

Information is used to verify enrollment, open progress reports, issue verification codes for submissions and assessment links, match coursework to the correct student, display academic progress, investigate record discrepancies, and protect the integrity of course records. The portal does not use academic records for advertising or general-purpose AI model training.

Access and service providers

Reports can be viewed by entering an enrolled student email without a verification code. Anyone who knows that email can view the associated academic report. Submitting work and support requests still requires email verification. Authorized program administrators maintain the underlying roster and gradebook. Google processes forms, spreadsheets, script operations, and program email. The hosted portal infrastructure processes requests and responses needed to display your record and operate the service. The integration does not publish the roster, responses, or grades on its public information pages.

GMT Paramedic Quiz Integration’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sign-in and storage

The portal uses a temporary browser session token to keep the selected report open and applies expiration and rate limits to authentication. It does not request your Google password. Signing out ends your portal session; it does not remove coursework from the program’s gradebook.

Academic records and review history are stored in the program’s Google systems and are maintained separately from temporary portal sessions. This portal does not automatically delete those records when a session expires.

Questions, corrections, and deletion requests

Contact granitemountaintraining@gmail.com to request access to your information, report a correction, or ask about deletion and record retention. Program staff will review the request against the applicable course recordkeeping requirements before changing academic records. You can also use the portal’s report-an-issue feature after verifying your email.

Changes to this notice

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. This notice covers this academic integration; services reached through external links also have their own privacy policies.
